We ship nationwide across Japan. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary by region but generally take between 7-14 business days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

All our pieces, especially vanity units and cabinets, are crafted from materials selected for their moisture resistance. This includes high-density laminates, treated woods, and stone composites. Our mirrors feature protective backings to prevent corrosion. We prioritize durability and longevity in humid conditions.

Most of our items require some customer assembly. We provide detailed, step-by-step pictorial instructions with all necessary hardware included. We do not currently offer professional assembly services, but our customer service team is available to assist with any questions during the process.

We accept returns or exchanges for items in original, unassembled, and unused condition within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact our team at aquaoasis@forestglowtreks.com to initiate a return and receive authorization. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible.

For daily care, we recommend wiping surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive pads. For vanity units and cabinets, promptly drying any pooled water will help maintain the finish. For mirrors, use a standard glass cleaner, avoiding direct spray on the edges or backing.
